Operator
Kat, independent digital studio operator.
Works where technology, history, media, operations, and community overlap: different roles, the same ecosystem.

Drag the remainder
These roles are interconnected: different ways of understanding and building the same ecosystem. Projects begin with a question: how can these pieces become one understandable system rather than another collection of disconnected tools?
Years of organizing complicated information, building systems around real people, and translating ambitious ideas into something usable. More recently that work has expanded into independent websites, historical archives, crypto media, community platforms, self-hosted infrastructure, gaming systems, and AI-supported development.
